I bought a videotape last year called Incision from
amazon.com . I watched and liked the short films very
much but I didn't find any biographical info about the
director. Amazon mentioned the director as Philomene
Long on their site but it's written as Pegarty on the
tape's cover. I am confused. Does anyone know
anything/site about her? According to imdb there is
one film called The Irish Vampire Goes West from 2006
below the name.
