did I mention THE WEATHER UNDERGROUND by Sam Green, which is a great
film about the US group the weathermen aka weather underground.

also GUERILLA: THE TAKING OF PATTY HEARST

altho' not about any of the groups mentioned these are also about 70s
guerilla / terrorist groups.

re the IRA how about IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER?

I think somebody mentioned ELEPHANT which is good (the BBC play, not
the Van Sant film - although that's good too)
