bolex lenses in los angeles??

hi friends...

i have a vario-switar 100 POE lens that needs some minor repair. does
anyone know if there is anyone in los angeles who does this kind of
work?

also, i am looking to buy a 10mm vario-switar c-mount lens and a
bayonet to c-mount adapter. again, is there is anyone is los angeles
who sells these wares? i know ebay's a good place, was just hoping
there might be someone local....
