http://www.film-tech.com then click on "Manuals." There under "software" you can download a handy lens calculator adjustable for standard 16mm and 35mm formats.
You will need to convert mm to inches if you are using the older U.S. lenses. I don't remember the exact conversion figure offhand but it's approximately 25mm to the inch. So a standard 16mm 2-inch lens would equal roughly 50mm.
Perhaps some else here can provide the exact conversion figure?
