hey everyone. thanks for all the replies, the film has been safely deposited
with craig baldwin. what an overachiever, when I was packing that footage up
for him, I saw what a horrible mess it was, so really, everyone else should
be glad you didnt get it. 45 pounds of film, all loose pieces, maskingtaped
together, no cores, no reels, some vinegar syndrome=nightmare.
So.., good luck with that Craig!! ;)
charles, don't worry, it is a Frameworkers nightmare: "OMG-did I just post
to the whole list and not just my friend?!?!?!!!"
I liked what you wrote,though. of course I remember that time, it was La
Rondalla to be exact, which is responsible for causing many people problems,
myself included. (probably a lot of San Francisco's filmmakers can say that
too. damn tequila. )
that will be a chapter in the frameworks book someday. just the personal
things that people accidentally send to the list. over the years there have
been quite a few, and they are pretty entertaining..
