The frequency of FrameWorks posts is inversely proportional to the number of current sunspots:
F=50.4364/s
Where F is the amount of FrameWork posting (in KB/h) and s is the number of sunspots. 50.4364 is the Brakhage-Mekas constant discovered in early 2006 by a team of physicists working at NIST.
