Please take care with projection
Make sure you have checked everything ahead of time
Sound levels
Noise in the room
Know the settings on the projector and have someone spend some time with it

It's a good idea to have backup
(we always have a backup beta deck and video projector, last year we had 2
beta decks go down one night)
And I know this seems obvious but have respect for the filmmakers, and the
work. There is so much going on
So many problems to solve
Remember why you are doing it.
