Cinema Project Announcement

We sent this out in Portland but also wanted to send it to all you
Frameworkers!

As we are about to start our fall season, we wanted to share the news of a
big change ahead for us at Cinema Project. At the end of the month Pablo de
Ocampo, co-founder and collective member, will be moving to Toronto where
he'll be taking on the position of Artistic Director at the Images Festival.
His contribution to Cinema Project over the years has been immeasurable—to
say that he will be missed would be an understatement.

With that, we're needing to put out a formal call to our list of dedicated
audience members and supporters, as we'll be looking for some new folks to
come aboard and help out in any capacity: whether that be as a dedicated
collective member or occasional volunteer. We're particularly looking for
folks with experience in fundraising, programming, and grant writing (good
skills on a ladder a big plus too!), but can always use help with poster
design and/or distribution, setting up and projecting at shows, amongst
other behind the scenes tasks. We can't pay, but we can guarantee... well,
maybe we can't guarantee anything other than the joy of making this happen,
but that is worth its weight in gold, trust us!

Autumn Campbell, Pablo de Ocampo, and Jeremy Rossen
