The DVD and a DVD-Rom, for about $30 U.S., but no book. It's been available a long time. I bought it a year ago, alerted by a post on this list.

I would like to affirm that the accompanying DVD-Rom is fantastic (you can
rotate and scale the boxes). The whole package is very reasonably priced,
but you do have to pay by check or bank transfer.
