I'm not sure that's easy. And you have to go deeper than what you
could do in telecine....

10 % of the Super 16 negative of Mira Nair's "Monsoon Wedding" was a
digital blowup to 35mm (the rest optical) because of X-ray damage
suffered at the airport in Mumbai (I know this because I asked them -
Swiss Effects - about the blowup)...

Shots on medium speed stock say 7274 (200 Tungsten) looked more like
400 or 500 speed stock push processed....
