Keynote was used for the presentations. Not available for PC as far
as I know.

As for dealing with the source materials used to create the
presentation, I'm pretty certain that lots of other softwares were
involved. It is common for software manufacturers to create ads
saying how their software was used for this or that film, but one
generally finds that the specified software was only one of many
tools used. "Let the buyer beware."
