Aside from a hand-cranked 16mm (light weight, euro-power friendly, and loop
friendly) not sure if you'll find anything to fit that tall order!

I think borrowing one from someone in europe is the best bet.

If that's not an option, check out the insides of a few earlier model B & H
machines, like a 1580 or 1592 or other model in this general era. I've seen
ones that have switchable power supplies, usually just a screw adjustment
from 110v to 220v. You might also have to switch the belt internally on a
pulley for the 50 - 60 Hz change. Then you just need a handful of plug
adapters....

I'm not sure on this, but I am pretty sure some eiki's SSL style machines
will do this to. I can't visualize where the power supply change is, but I
know some have pulley switch for 50/60hz so imagine the motor/power supply
can accommodate the 110v - 22ov change.
