Vertov's notes were/are included in the laserdisc edition of the film,
released in 1996 by Image Entertainment, a box set that includes Strike,
Earth, The End of St. Petersburg and The Fall of the Romanov Dynasty. Any
film department that was doing its job before the advent of DVDs should
have it. It's the Alloy Orchestra's interpretation/performance of Vertov's
notes.
