If you're looking to do it on the CHEAP, try Echo Park Film Center.
The quality isn't quite up to Brodsky & Treadway standards, but if
you're just looking to get a stable transferred image, they can make
it happen for something like $5 a roll with a minimum order of 5
rolls, I think.
