I came across a sight a couple of months ago for Single 8 film and I believe they were advertising PX batteries, or you might try a search for 'Wein Cell'.

Does anyone know of an easy to find replacement for a px-13 battery? I have a Switar 86EE lens that uses this battery for the exposure meter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
