Package Deals, in collaboration with The Tank, is proud to announce
the launch of its latest Touring Package. "PD03: Daydream Nation," a
curated lineup of 17 animated shorts, music videos, and artist films,
showcases work from some of the best and most creative Swedish
imaginations around. The program is traveling to cinemas, film
festivals, artspaces, and galleries across the U.S. and abroad in
2007.
Artist films by: Henrik Åkerberg, Johannes Nyholm, Peter Larsson,
Klara Swantesson, Moa Lönn, and Björn Renner. Music videos from: The
Knife, Love Is All, The Concretes, El Perro del Mar, Envelopes, The
Radio Dept, Jose Gonzalez, Erik de Vahl, and Peter, Björn, + John.
"Daydream Nation" is screening this Saturday at the Detroit Film
Center, and will show in Zagreb (HR), Athens (GR), Memphis, Mexico
City, Chicago, and Providence in the next two months.
