if you can export in the right codec in your version of Quicktime
player, you could automate your exports by writing an applescript for
it.
If you can't export in the way you want from Quicktime player, your
cheapest option might be to buy Quicktime Player Pro. But i'm not
100% sure that would then have the right codec though..
