The folks who would appropriate aren't going to care about low resolution or
watermarks. I'd advise putting it up at the best quality possible if you
want people to become interested.
Blip.tv, which is set up for videobloggers but can be a great place to host
video if you are linking to it from your own site, is great - allows
multiple formats, does the only good flash transcoding I've seen (light
years better than YouTube), and its free.
