The 9th annual Signal and Noise will take place April 17 – 19, 2008
at the
VIVO Media Centre (Formerly Video In) in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The deadline for submissions is November 1, 2007 at 6 p.m.

lists/posts that may assist us in getting the word out! We present the
work of local, national and international artists.
