Greetings,
Newbie to film making and am having some difficulty with a couple of issues.
Perhaps someone here can help:
1. Searching for an early film, Amor Pedestre (1914), Marcel Fabre. Anyone
know whether this film is included in a DVD compilation or where I might
borrow a copy? I must view this film, I must!
2. Any recommendations on books discussing the technical side of media/video
installations. For example, would like to figure out how to set up a
two-channel and three-channel video installation.
Books and articles on film theory seem to abound, but the technical stuff
seems more elusive. BTW, regarding film theory, someone here recommended a
great into book to avant-garde film, _Avant-Garde Film: Forms, Themes, and
Passions_ by Michael O'Pray which has proven to be an excellent introduction
to avant-garde film for this newbie.
Many thanks in advance for your assistance.
Mark
