I've always wondered something about these projectors,
which is why 18fps?
I've not personally come across any 16mm cameras that
shoot 18fps, although there are obviously a number of
more modern high end cameras that will do vari-speed.
Most seem to do 16fps and 24, and it seems older
cameras tend to do 16fps. Why do the projectors tend
to do 18 and 24?
Also I'm curious what speed in fps a 16mm projector
would run at if you set the timing belt for 60 hertz
and ran it off a 50hz supply?
Anyone know?
love
Freya
