Have you thought about mastering onto vinyl LPs? Disc cutting lathes
are quite affordable these days, although you might need to buy your
own pressing machine if you only wanted one or two copies of each
recording! However, you might be able to pursuade a pressing plant to
do this...
Records, like film, should last a LOT longer than the alternatives, as
should the means to play them,
