As a long-time Bolex owner, it sounds like a light-leak from a missing
filter holder to me. Several years ago I shot some footage without the
filter holder and got precisely what you are describing - a solid
blue-ish line of light on the right side of the frame. Light was
entering the body of the camera through the slot where the filter frame
engaged with the camera - between the lens and the camera body. This
would explain the fact that you're getting the line with multiple
lenses and that it is brighter when the light in the shot is brighter.

Two different answers from two different Walleys - I'm sure you didn't
expect that!
