As far as I know, there is no "safelight" for Ektachrome. It is a
panchromatic film.

One of the only truly orthocromatic 16mm film stocks that I know of is
a black and white "positive" print stock: 7302. Develop negative or
reversal.

High-con, the number of which escapes me, is relatively orthcromatic.
