Hi Jeanne,
    "Art in Cinema: Documents Toward a History of the Film
Society" (Temple University Press, 2006) includes that
catalog, complete (except for the drawings and some front
and back matter). So far, Temple hasn't released a
paperback, but the book is available in (embarrassingly
expensive) hardcover.
