part for 16mm Elmo xenon CX350

I'm seeking a replacement part ( a "feed reel arm") for a 16mm Elmo
xenon CX350. Any advice on finding such a thing? (Canadian suppliers
preferred, but USA suppliers OK too). Feel free to reply on- or off-
list.
