End of Analog TV = Pirate TV????

One thing I hope happens when all the tv signals go digital, is maybe people
can/will start having PIRATE tv channels, like how some people now have pirate radio
stations.

If you could get some second hand analog broadcast gear, and have your own analog tv station?
maybe it would only transmit a couple of blocks, like a lot of the pirate radio stations,
but what if you tuned in to some random channel and there was some cool art, or some guy
raving about ufos, or somebody jumping rope naked (you know who you are, my friend in Milwaukee)
or whatever......
Wouldn't that be cool?!!!1!!!
It would be the best thing to ever happen to tv!
