Kodak has what they call Finish to Order (FTO) which are special orders
only-- they have big minimums usually in the 8,000 to 10,000 foot range. That's
things like double super 8 or regular 8 perfs. They even have Make to Orders
(MTO) which involve millions of feet. They won't make what they don't have
already, though, and they won't special load super 8 cartridges at all.

Isn't Kodachrome still available in 100 foot rolls for bulk loaders?
