I have bipacked frequently on a Bell and Howell model J, to which I added
another feed spindle to handle the extra reel -- the take up is a paper bag,
folded over at the top so that it stays open! Pip's hole trick is very
useful, both for this and for frame-accurately reloading a Bolex...
