Which is better "sharpest" or "finest grain", what is the difference?
The animation is of painted paper artwork. Color nuances.

Is that because it will be easier to see in the viewfinder? Or is
there another reason.

If I were to use the 100T stock, I would probably need some ND
filters in the camera. Maybe that is the way to go.
