Hi all, I'm trying to locate a print source for the following quote: "In the 60s they said it was underground and it wasn’t. Now nobody says anything and it really is." - Stan Brakhage I thought the quote came from Gary Higgins, Rodrigo Garcia Lopes, and Thomas Connick, "Grisled Roots: An Interview with Stan Brakhage," Millennium Film Journal 26 (Fall 1992), but I just re-read the text and it's not in there. Can anyone help me? Or did I willfully imagine that Brakhage said this? Advance thanks, Brett Kashmere Oberlin College |
