1) lab: niagara custom lab!!! the best art lab in canada. they do 16mm, 35mm and some super 8. and sebastjan's a gem: if you bring it, he will print it! (pretty close to LIFT, on dufferin just north of queen). http://www.niagaracustomlab.com/ or call them at 416-504-3927.

I believe B/W FIlm Factory (lab) is in Toronto, also Technicolor or Deluxe(?).
 
Stop by LIFT and they'll point you in the right direction.
