I''ve had the digital equivalent of bleed through on one DV tape. Previous
program randomly appearing in blocks in the same frame as the newly recorded
program. What's interesting is this happened AFTER the tape had been
re-recorded and digitized without evidence of the dual image - it happened
after a year in storage.
Normally I just see more frequent dropouts on re-used tapes.
