For those who are interested, my homage to BC (that I was a little
afraid to show while he was still alive) is online (in compressed

I'm not sure what he would've thought about my appropriation of the
short clip from Breakaway--it raises a lot of the issues that have
come up here in recent days in the discussion of copyright--but it
was made largely out of my admiration for his film(s).

I'm teaching a found footage class at UF in the fall, and that class
deals in large part with the legacy of Conner's work...
