You can go over (expose) especially if Vision 2 (7218 & 7205) my "2
over" was conservative reversal advice. Even 7246 will not be too
shabby.

There is a difference between the center and edges of the tubes --
why a shot with neon sign can "work" even in available light digital.

I like daylight balance a little better.

You can always bracket, but Eastman color neg gives you plenty of
headroom; with Vision 2 or 3 you can light shots with the in-frame
neon sources.........
