Open the back of the projector - in most models this is just a latch
to the right of the lens when looking straight at the projector lens;
in other models you have to remove a half-dozen screws around the
back casing. The belt runs from the central motor towards the
bulb-lens axis where it turns the shutter blade. There are two
grooves in the motor pulley and two grooves in the shutter pulley.
Slip the belt from one groove to the other, first in one pulley, then
turning the pulley by hand and guiding the belt into the other groove
on the opposite pulley.

If you don't find a 25mm lens, we have some for rent but are located
in Paris, France.
