Hello everyone on Frameworks!
The 4th annual Urban/Rural program at the Utopia film festival is set and will be posted on their website. I just wanted to thank all who submitted. I plan on doing another program in December and possibly in February. So if you are not in the program in October-don't worry. I look forward to screening them.
