Not sure if this has been dealt with before my time on the list:
Recently I purchased this DVD and had a look at it today: this must be the
worst technical quality I’ve ever come across since the invention of DVDs!
It’s so bad it’s a rip-off! Over long stretches of “Entr’acte” the image is
completely over-exposed – not to talk about the missing ending. (Film)
Prints in proper quality are around –no idea where these stem from. Risqué
Cinema claims that this DVD was made in conjunction with the Cinematheque
Française. If that’s true, I say good-bye to a once-serious archive.
