Hello again, Friends!
The entries are rollin' in and we couldn't be more excited! Early buzz from
Peripheral Produce Headquarters is that this year's PDX Fest is looking like
one serious good time. So block out *May 6 - 10* on your brand-new 2009
calendars, cause you've got a date with PDX Fest!
If you haven't sent in your submission yet, there is still time! You have
until December 12th (that's next Friday!!!) to take advantage of our super
low, regular entry fee of $15! After that things get bumped up ten bucks
until January 23rd. And after that, well.... times up for this year! So
get your films, videos, and installation proposals out in the mail,
pronto-style!

PDX Fest 2009: Call for Entries!!!
PDX Fest is dedicated to showcasing new and innovative work in film and
video from around the world. Focusing on film and video work that goes
against the grain of mainstream entertainment, The PDX Fest is looking
forartistic, underground, quirky and challenging work that reflects
contemporary culture, documents historic oddities, and is otherwise
unclassifiable.
Experimental, documentary and/or underground work of all lengths will be
considered. Exhibition formats include 35mm, 16mm, Beta SP, and DV. Live,
multi-media and performance-based works with a strong film or video emphasis
are also encouraged to submit. We are also accepting video installation
proposals for the festival's satellite installation exhibit. Please see
submission guidelines for complete details.
Early Bird Deadline: December 12, 2008
Final Deadline: January 23, 2009 (additional fee applies)
