As for games there are dozens but two relevant ones here perhaps are
"S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl" and its prequel the visually
very interesting "S.T.A.L.K.E.R Clear Sky" - - although premised on a
second Chernobyl disaster they draw iconic references to Tarkovsky's
"Stalker" (previously mentioned for apocalyptic elements - plus you
could add "The Sacrifice" as well) as well as to the Strugatsky's SF
novel "Roadside Picninc" which was the literary source for
Tarkovsky's film (altho he went in his own direction with it....)
In films I'd suggest Michael Haneke's "Time Of The Wolf"
and as it came up recently in another context, Kiyoshi Kurosawa's
"Pulse" fits the category - and also his "Charisuma" (which itself
seems to parody/quote Tarkovsky) has implications, intimations of
apocalypse.
