Hi, I'd like to submit something, but in the entry requirements the festival specifies an entry fee. Black box doesn't have an entry fee, does it? How do I submit with an entry fee? Just make a note that I'm submitting to your experimental program in the entry paperwork and everything will be cool? Thanks.
