I¹m having some problems uploading some video that I ripped from a DVD (with
permission!) and then converted to mp4. When I post it to Vimeo, there are
these horizontal streaks that occur when movement happens in the video. I¹ve
tried converting the mp4 to various other formats, so far without success.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, know how to work around
this? Maybe I need to re-rip in some other fashion? The horizontal lines do
occur in the mp4s before upload, but they¹re relatively minor.
