Yeah I was an AV Tech for a number of years, you really only have one option and that is uiing a fast fold screen, they are much sturdier than any other screen , usually come in at 5x8 at the smallest and get larger from there, although I wouldn't recommend using a drape kit one on a windy day they come with them if you want that give them a nice "Theatre" appearence. Anyhow the reason to use a fastfold is because it has a a much sturdier structure that you can weigh down with sandbags or other weight more than other types of screen with most other weight is more of a concern and therefore they are less sturdy.

Subject: Logistics of Screening Outdoors ???
To: email suppressed
I'm working on an installation which requires I project onto a screen in a park and am nervous about wind. Does anyone know about screens which are permeable and will allow air to travel through them? Or does anyone know about outdoor screens which are stable even with wind?
Any help is appreciated!
