Hi there,
I am putting together a screening of shorts and need some tech help. I need
to compile all the films onto Mini DV from either QT files or multiple Mini
DVs. Some of the Mini DV's are in PAL and some are NTSC... do I need to
convert the PAL to NTSC and if so, how do I do this? Also, is it possible to
take films from DVD and put them onto Mini DV, and if so, does this greatly
diminish the quality?
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
