Here is a book about the letrism cinema movement written in spanish (and maybe in english, but i'm not sure),
"Próximamente en esta pantalla: el cine letrista, entre la discrepancia y la sublevación":

There was also a film schedule about the same topic:

Asunto: Re: Conceptual movies re-take
Jonathan,
we have published Isidore Isou's film VENOM AND ETERNITY (full two-hour version restored by French Film Archives) with English subtitles, with a bilingual booklet about Isou and the film. That's on our website http://re-voir.com. I can also send you an interview I made with Maurice Lemaitre, subtitled in English. But most of the original lettrist texts have not been translated. We did make English subtitled 16mm prints of several Lemaitre films: Has the Feature Started Yet, An Evening at the Movies/To Make a Film, The Uprising of Youth...

That is, "films" that were unrealized or, more to the point, never meant to be realized (i.e. in the film medium). Several frameworkers mentioned the Lettrists, and referenced some texts in French. Can anyone recommend good readings on these works, in English?
