Yale does a good job with VNF stocks in E6 chemistry.  The last time I spoke with the folks at Alpha about this, they suggested I use Yale...and the results were pleasing.

For the hi-con you might want to check with BPS and the lab at the five college consortium in Amherst.  I know that UW-Milwaukee processes hi-con as reversal in their machine.  Check with Kati Katchever (email suppressed) to see if they'd allow you to send a batch in.
