hey folks!
I'm subletting my loft may 3-aug 31st:
spacious loft in Dumbo, Brooklyn, under the Manhattan bridge, one
stop on the F train to Manhattan (I'm at the York Street stop): bedroom + mezzanine, wireless internet, shower, full access
to kitchen &c, roof access (great view of the city across the
East River as well as the Brooklyn, Manhattan & Williamsburg
bridges), get in touch for more details, photos &c
... and it has a working steenbeck!
cheers Moira

hey folks!
was just asked to screen my flix for free at a non-profit art space, for a month ...
cool space, exposure &c, no problems there - but they can't afford even a symbolic fee of $100
which has got me thinking ... how has it become acceptable to programme films without budgeting to pay their makers? happens to me a lot, don't think I'm alone in it (?)
maybe we need a bit of collective bargaining going on ...
any thoughts?
cheers Moira
