Hi Caroline,
Thanks for posting the petition. The petition is open to whoever wants to
lend their support to the attempts to reinstate the fired faculty, so please
do sign if you wish.
Thanks to all the frameworkers who have supported this with their signature.
At this point, it's hard to know what effect such things will have, but I
know at the very least that it's important to the students fighting this to
know that there's an "outside world". It's also an impressive testament to
the community that hovers around experimental filmmaking, as well. Much
appreciated.

Students and Alumni of SFAI." It's true that I sat in on Barbara Hammer's
course, visited friends and attended screenings at SFAI in the late 80s, but
