Jeffrey, I cannot say if having a film education would make me any better or not. it is just a fact that I have not. I live in a city in China which does not have a cinema that shows anything 'Experimental'. I mostly watch horror DVDs.I cannot access YouTube in china as the government blocks it. I have uploaded to Vimeo and Live stream. The reason why I say don't buy the DVD I released is because the videos I have made available at the Archive. I have used the same title Experimental Voodou Art. I prefer the idea of my work being available under the Creative Commons non-commercial share-alike License. Perhaps other artist will adapt the work. I work as a language teacher. Making film is not part of my income and I don't see how it could be, as I don't make anything that is particularly commercial, in the sense that it would be appreciated by a wider audience. As for the music this is what originally brought me to making videos - I wanted to reach
a bigger audience with my music. All the music in the videos I make is by myself. Exception being one where I made a video for a Japanese girl singer by the name of Akina. I have no real way of getting my work shown by a bigger audience. I cannot afford to send my DVDs to film festivals in the hope that they will show my work.. I did a few times though my work was not shown. In China sending DVDs is quite difficult. The Post Office do not allow anything to be sent without an official stamp if it is DVD. This is my experience. I am just making a little flash animation with a Chinese student at the moment, I will send you the link soon.
Have a good day,
Jaime

Hi, jamie,
Thanks for answering the couple of questions I had.
This time my comments are in the attached PDF.
It just worked out that way.
I may, at times, send you another email.
Feel no obligation to answer, however.
Jeffrey P.
