I'm happy with some service I had done on a Beaulieu 4008 Super-8 by Bernie O'Dougherty http://www.super16inc.com/
A dropped Beaulieu could mean the end. A used R-16 is pretty cheap on ebay as well- It's a great camera to have, very complimentary to a Bolex.
Best,
Gordon

Madison,
I got a couple Beaulieu R-16s serviced a few years ago by Jesse Chambless at Chambless Cine. He's in semi-retirement & doesn't have a phone number, but he does seem to respond to emails (& faxes) relatively quickly:

It wasn't cheap though. Not sure how much you love this Beaulieu, but you could probably pick up a solid reflex Bolex on eBay for what the repair will run you. (Of course the Bolex is limited by the spring winding & the dim viewfinder, so there are reasons to love the R-16 still.)
Good luck,
Roger
